Licencing Problems with SDL Trados Studio 2015 - RESOLVED!

As I mentioned earlier, I am continuing to have a major problem with SDL Trados Studio 2015 installation. I can't use it as it says "License expired" but of course I have a valid license.

So far the advice I got from the SDL community is as follows:

Go to the Knowledgebase;
http://kb.sdl.com
Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here;
Licensing Problems
- I use SDL Trados Studio 2015 / SDL Passolo 2015
-- I need to have my license reset

I am deferring for now though in the hope of having the problem resolved through our local reseller here in Russia. Maybe, they will re-set it for me.

This is the last thing I needed this week. 


EDIT: Resolved, essentially as outlined above but through local sdl resellers. License reset and re-activated.

Everything's working... for now :)

Having "Fun" with SDL Trados Studio 2015

Today my SDL Trados Studio 2015 -- newly acquired only about two months ago -- locked me out!

It says License expired... but I do have a purchased license which is not supposed to expire.

Thank you very much for this timely present too.

At the moment, am trying to work this out with local reseller here in Russia.

 Indeed... at the moment it's more like I DON'T...

English/Russian Language Joke

An English-compared-to-Russian-language sort of joke... as found on the Internet. Which purports to show how dumb the English language is compared to Russian.

The phrase given in Russian is Зеленая зелень зеленит зеленую зелень which conveys a real (if silly) meaning using the same word base modified by inflections, and the phrase is then "translated" into English which has no inflections, or endings, and therefore is unable to build a similar meaningful phrase: Green green green green green.

 I tried it in Google Translate and it failed, in fact, it appears Google Translate is where the translation is taken from.

However the correct translation would probably be something like: (The) green greenery greens (some) green greenery, so the English language is capable of the same, it is just that Google Translate can quite do it yet.
